“Turned up within the hour on a Sunday and fixed a burst pipe under the kitchen sink. Fair price, explained everything, and left the place spotless.”
“Replaced our 20-year-old boiler in a day. Tom talked us through the options without any pressure to go for the most expensive one.”
“Third time we've used Hartley & Sons. Always on time, always the price they quoted.”
“Great job on our bathroom refit. Took a couple of days longer than planned because of a tile delay, but they kept us updated the whole way.”
